Göcek was known as Kalimche in ancient times and according to legend, is the region where lcarus fell to sea after its famous flight. In the Ottoman Era, the area was used to as a ship loading harbor for chromium extracted in villages nearby in mines.

Olive Tree Restaurant, with its terrace in the hotel lobby overlooking Gocek spices up your day through whole summer season, serving breakfast between 07:00 am - 10:30 and and snacks and beverages between 11:00 am - 22:00 pm. Verandah Restaurant & Bar featuring freshly prepared Mediterranean cuisine overlooking the Marina of Port Gocek, open daily during the season for dinner and drinks from 19:00 pm - 23:00 pm excepts Wednesdays. Sun Downer Restaurant and Bar located at the end of the Port Gocek, next to the Swissotel private beach.Offering the best view of Gocek bay, it's open daily during the season from 10:00 am till 23:00 pm. Serving drinks, snack and prepare daily fresh casual lunch and dinner.
